Professor Dr. Abu Musa Muhammad Tareque (President)

Professor Dr. Abu Musa Muhammad Tareque is a leading academician and eminent agriculture scientist of Bangladesh. He was the Professor of the Department of Animal Nutrition, Bangladesh Agriculture University and also served as the Head of the same department, Dean of the Animal Husbandry Faculty and Syndicate Members of the same university. He also worked as the Independent Research Consultant with various national and international donor agencies.
Professor Tareque has more than 70 research publication both in national and international journal mostly on agriculture in particularly on animal nutrition including policy research. During his carrier as an academician he successfully supervised 35 M.sc and 4 Ph.D students. Mr. Tareque also jointly authored a book with B. Bakrie, J. Hogan, J. B. Liang and R.C Upadhya titled "Ruminant Nutrition and Production in the Tropics and subtropics" that was published by the Australian Centre for International Agriculture Research.
